AI security
Understand what your AI workflow can access.
The AI Exposure Review shows what the workflow can reach, which risks that introduces, and what to fix first. It is a scoped assessment. It is not a certification, and it is not a guarantee that the organization is secure.
The promise
Understand what your AI workflow can access, what risks it introduces, and what you should fix first.
The final scope depends on the system in front of us and on your written authorization. Every category below is not promised for every engagement.
Who it is for
Organizations in Morocco, and teams working with them, that are piloting or running a copilot, a retrieval system, an agent, or an internal assistant.
A useful first conversation names the use case, whether it is in development or production, and the kind of data involved. It does not require passwords, production access, or confidential prompts.
What a review can include
We select the activities that match the architecture. We do not test production systems, or third-party systems, without explicit authorization.
- Discovery and definition of the AI use case
- Architecture and data-flow review
- Identity, permissions, and access-control review
- Sensitive-data exposure assessment
- Prompt injection and untrusted-input risk assessment, where applicable
- Tool and integration permissions, where applicable
- Logging, monitoring, human oversight, and accountability review
- Prioritized remediation recommendations
- An executive briefing
What you receive
Deliverables follow the written scope. A typical review produces:
- An executive summary a decision-maker can read
- Findings that separate observed evidence from assumptions
- A risk register with likelihood, impact, and priority
- A remediation roadmap
- The limitations of the review, in writing
How an engagement runs
Technical testing does not start until the scope, the permission, and the rules of engagement are approved in writing.
- Qualification
- Discovery
- Scope definition
- Written authorization
- Assessment preparation
- Controlled testing, only inside the approved boundary
- Evidence review
- Risk prioritization
- Reporting
- Readout and remediation planning
What this review does not include
Unless a later written agreement says otherwise, the review does not include:
- A full penetration test
- A formal compliance certification
- A legal opinion
- A guarantee against breaches
- Production testing without explicit authorization
- Testing of third-party systems outside the agreed scope
- Validation of every possible model failure
How to read the result
An initial review is not a deeper technical assessment. Prompt wording is not treated as a security control. Permissions are judged at the system boundary, outside the model.
