Link Techreations processes the contact form — name, work email, organization, role, optional phone, preferred contact method, company size, industry, the AI use case or area of interest, deployment status, and your message — only to answer the request. No resale. No newsletter.
Legal basis and retention
Processing based on your request (pre-contractual steps). Retention limited to reasonable commercial follow-up, then deletion or secure archiving according to your legal obligations.
Your rights

Security
The form is sent through this site's contact API to the company inbox. Transit should be encrypted by HTTPS. Do not send passwords, keys, patient data, or production access. A failed send is reported as a failure.
AI Security inquiries
The AI Security as a Service form collects the selected offer, name, work email, company, company website, role, country, AI application type, a short description of the system and the testing requested, preferred contact method, a phone number if you ask to be called, and preferred language (English or French). The monthly retainer also asks how often AI changes are released, how many applications or workflows need recurring testing, and when the service should start. Link Techreations uses this only to assess the request and arrange a discussion. It does not add you to a marketing list. Do not include passwords, API keys, production secrets, source code, or confidential customer data.
